Registration is now open. Proceed to this page. The deadline for registration is July 31. The registration fee includes excursion and banquet on Wednesday, September 10 (except for students who can opt out of the banquet). All participants have the option to additionally choose a five-day lunch box (bento) when registering. This is strongly recommended in case you do attend the whole conference because there are very few lunch options close to the conference venue (the cafeteria of Kyoto Sangyo University is closed for summer holiday).

Except for invited speakers, all participants have to register. In particular, all speakers of contributed talks have to register.

In case you have to cancel your attendance you can get a refund of 94% of the registration fee if you cancel by August 5. For cancellations after August 5, no refund will be made.
