Corrections to Published Papers

Figure 8: There are errors in the inset labels. $\mathrm{Fr}_d^{-1}$ in panel d) should be $\mathrm{Fr}_d^{-2}$. Furthermore, blue and red lines should be swapped; i.e., blue and red lines are for $\mathrm{Sh}_d=7$ and $12$ in panels a) and c), and for $\mathrm{Fr}_d^{-2}=7$ and $25$ in panels b) and d), respectively.

Eq. (55a): Minus sign is missing on the right-hand-side.
Eq. (59): $\hat{h}^{(m)}$ on the right-hand-side should be in the denominator (not in the numerator).

Figure 6: The range of the shading scale on the far right column should be from -0.05 to 0.05, not from -0.5 to 0.5.
Figure 8: The phase of the solution in b) is not $0$ but $\pi$, so the azimuthal velocity above the bottom boundary layer is into the paper.
