Research Interests
I am engaged in research in the fields of mathematical science and machine learning, as well as interdisciplinary studies that integrate these domains. My focus lies particularly in utilizing algebra for modeling, system analysis, and data analysis. While the primary application field of my research is in biology-related fields, I am also interested in exploring other diverse application domains.

Algebra, differential algebra, algebraic geometry, mathematical modeling, numerical computation, parameter estimation, identifiability analysis, dynamical systems, scientific machine learning, deep learning, reservoir computing, system identification.
