OUCHI shinya
I was born in 1963. I hold a LL.B from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law and a LL.M and Ph.D from the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics.
Between 1996 and 2001, I was an associate professor and since 2001 I have been a professor at the Kobe University Graduate School of Law.
