西オーストラリア大学へ，平川学科長，秋元先生とともにグローバル教育支援の関係で訪問．健康スポーツ科学分野での学部・大学院レベルでの交流に関して，具体的な議論ができた．

We visited The University of Western Australia for discussing a global education with Drs. Hirakara and Akimoto. We could get the concrete plan

神戸大学学部卒業式が行われ，研究室から4名（明石さん，神田さん，笹田君，松田さん）が旅立ちました．

Graduate ceremony for undergraduate students in Kobe Univ. and 4 members of my lab were graduated. I hope that they would continue to have a dream in new society.

3月24日 (24 Mar)

神戸大学博士学位授与式が講堂で行われ，天野君が博士（学術）の学位を授与された．

Mr. Amano in my lab. has received PhD from Kobe University. Congratulations!

3月10日-14日 (10-14 Mar)

日本生理人類学会が採択された研究成果公開発表補助金研究費（古賀俊策先生代表）の助成を得て，シンガポールからDr. Lee Kai Wei Jason（Defense Medical & Environmental Research Institute • DSO National Laboratories）を招へいした．Dr. Lee先生はイギリスのラフバラ大学卒業で，水分補給の研究を中心に研究を行って来ている．2013年のECSSでお会いし，応用生理学・環境生理学のアジアネットワークができないか話し合っていた．セミナー等を等して，今後のアジアネットワークについて多くの議論ができた．

Strategy of the hydration in humans in a high temperature (hot condition) and during exercise

We could invite Dr. Lee Kai Wei Jason（Defense Medical & Environmental Research Institute • DSO National Laboratories, Singapore) by supported from Society of Japanese Physiological Anthropology. Dr. Lee received PhD from Loughborough University (UK) with a research about hydration during exercise in heat. When I met him at 2013ECSS, we have started to discuss about Asian Network of Applied and Environment Physiology in the future. We could discuss this during his staying Japan.

Dr. Rice C (professor in University of Western Ontario, Canada)が約10年振りに神戸を訪問．懐かしい思いで，楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらった．

Dr. Rice C (professor in University of Western Ontario, Canada) visited my lab for the first time in a decade. We had a great and enjoyable time during his visiting.

行動発達論コースの卒業発表会．研究室からは4名が成果を発表．

We had presentation for undergraduate thesis in course of human behavior and development. Four students in my lab presented their thesis.

兵庫海外研究ネットワーク事業（HORN）により，オーストラリア，ウロンゴン大学からNigel Taylor先生を1ヶ月間招へい（2013年12月28日〜2014年1月28日）．この間，セミナー，交流会，共同研究を予定している．

Seminar title: Re-evaluating the noradrenergic control of human eccrine sweat glands during thermal and non-thermal stimulations.

We have invited Dr. Nigel Taylor who is associate professor in University of Wollongong (Australia) for 1 month (28th of Dec, 2013 to 28th of Jan, 2014) by Hyogo Overseas Research Network Grant. We have a seminar, exchange plan, collaborative researches and so on during his staying at Kobe.
