1.11 Drawing a line along the mid-rib of the chromatid. （ Draw Line
）
Before CP measurement, zooming up the image about 3 times with the zooming
tool.
Run the macro [Draw Line] (Fig. 21), and draw segment lines interactively
along the mid-rib of the chromatid (Fig. 22).
