Notice to "Research Student" applicants

In princeple, I DO NOT accept "research students" in my seminar.
If you have passed the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) with N1 result and also have a good record in TOEFL, you should directly take the entrance examination for the Graduate School of Economics, Kobe University. When you apply to the entrance examination, unike the case of the research student application, you do not have to receive any permission from the prospective supervisor in advance. I shall welcome foreign graduate students as far as they successfully pass the entrance examination and exhibit high potential for conducting researches in economics.
