Thank you for your interest in our research and visiting to our laboratory.  We deal with all sort of psychological problems in a daily life.

Currently, we have setup 3 research topics below, and we are trying to make use of the research results in the real life.

Let's research the misteries of human behaviour in our daily life from psychological perspective, and discuss the new approach in resolving the problems together.

We shall call this the ‘Otasuke’ psychology.

1) Proposing new nursing home service

Develop various nursing services that support elders to improve their capabilities along with its' evaluation methods, proposing the ways in which the highly mental satisfying services should be.

It is also a unique approach of this research to reexamine the development of locally integrated nursing home from the perspective of psychology for living environment.

2) Career Development Research

Objective of the research is to develop a career development support program that is consecutive from pre-school through to post graduate studies. From year 2005, in the University's attached-school in Akashi, development of 12-year consecutive education curriculum that target pre-school through to junior-high-school has started.

Furthermore, we have developed the career development support program for high school student as initiative program between Kobe University and prefectural Hyogo High.

3) Living Environment and Stress

Researching stress responses triggered by various stressors in the living environment and its' coping behaviors.

So far, we have mainly addressed OA stress, video-game stress, and disaster stress due to furious change of environment.
